13) By submitting your contribution to (http://www.senta.co.uk/), you:
13.1 indemnify SENTA against all legal fees, damages, and other expenses that may be incurred by SENTA as a result of your breach of the above warranty (clause 11);
14) SENTA is not responsible for material posted by you, Registrants or any third party on its site. SENTA however reserves the right to delete or edit such material at its sole discretion and without notice.
15) SENTA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to this site and/or log-in details at its sole discretion and without notice.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
16) You agree to indemnify and defend SENTA from any and all loss, damage and expense (including legal fees) incurred by SENTA on account of any claim arising out of or related to your use of this site or material posted on this site under you log-in details, whether or not authorised by you.

You acknowledge that any reliance on any such statement or information shall be at your sole risk and that SENTA disclaims all liability for such content.
Terms and the applicable law
25) If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on this site then the latter shall prevail.
26) If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
27) The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
